I was born and raised in a small town in North Carolina, where I still live today.  I’m a wife (I married my high school sweetheart), mother and grandmother who loves Jesus and I rely on my faith in God through this journey called life.

 

I enjoy my time with family and friends, outreach projects through my church, traveling (if there is water take me there), a good glass of wine, reading, boating, kayaking, and cycling.

 

I would say I’m a glass is always refillable kind of girl and I try to find the positive in any situation.  Honestly, though, that is hard in some circumstances because life has brings its own set of challenges.  I know it has for me (who hasn’t had life challenges, right?)
